We truly grateful to have found this amazing place! The property is always spotless, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. ... It’s quiet, safe, and the residents are all incredibly friendly. Whenever there’s a maintenance request, the team is quick to respond, no long waits; everything is taken care of immediately and efficiently. One of the things I appreciate most is the secure, controlled access. You won’t see people wandering around — it’s a place where you truly feel safe. As a parent of three, I go to work every day with peace of mind knowing my kids are living in a secure and comfortable environment. I especially want to highlight the outstanding service we received from Everlyn at The Croix Management. She is absolutely amazing, so patient, kind, and professional. She guided my husband and me through every step of the process and made everything incredibly smooth and easy for us. Her customer service is second to none, and we couldn't be more thankful. I have lived here for four years and I feel at home and comfortable. The staff, Liz and Evelyn, are great! They are prompt ... and nice. The maintenance staff are wonderful! My work orders are completed the same day, and the guys here do a great job in fixing the problem. No complaints here! I wish the parking was designated though. If you come home in the evening, there usually are no parking slots open. I also wish there was a gym and a bigger pool. The amenities are minimal but overall, it's a nice place to live. If you are looking for a nice, pet friendly, peaceful and upscale area where there is no trouble or crime then The Croix ... Townhomes is great for you. For the past 6 yrs my husband and I have been living in these townhomes and we can tell you that we have not had any trouble with the staff or other residents. Lizbeth the property manager and assistant manager Tiffany are the best. Maintenance Juan is so friendly. Until we find a house, we are looking forward to staying here for a long time.
