MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE

Management is accessible during our regular business hours, as our office is open six days a week. We are committed to providing support and being available for any inquiries or assistance needed.

At The Croix Townhomes we have an on-site maintenance team ready to assist! Submit a maintenance request through the online portal or get in contact with the office to ensure the request is addressed as quickly as possible.

Our service technicians can complete maintenance requests even if you’re not home. If you prefer to be present during the service, you’re welcome to do so.

We ask that all maintenance requests are submitted through your resident portal. If you need assistance completing this, our team is happy to help. 

If you find yourself locked out during business hours stop by our office, call our leasing team, or submit a help request online! If you are locked out after hours, you can call our emergency maintenance line, or contact a locksmith if necessary.

To make your life in easier, The Croix Townhomes provides garage parking spaces waiting for you.

Our Henderson, NV Townhomes, offer the amenities that provide you with the activities you love. Spend your Saturday morning reading a new book by the pool. When you need to soothe sore muscles or just unwind, use the spa! We also provide a dog park, so your furry friends experience The Croix Townhomes lifestyle right alongside their forever friend. Our courtyard offers two BBQ grills with picnic tables. 

The Croix Townhomes is proud to be pet-friendly! We even offer a dog park so you and your furry friend can run off some energy, and then go back to your cozy home for snuggles. Call our leasing office to discuss breed restrictions, pet rent, or any other questions you may have.

At The Croix Townhomes, our apartments are here to help you do more of what you love. Cook in a kitchen complete with a gas-range stove, dishwasher, microwave oven, and refrigerator. The Croix Townhomes come unfurnished, but we would be happy to assist you and connect you with a recommended vendor like Custom Furniture Rental or Court Furniture which provides furnishings at an additional cost.

ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEASING

Our applications take 24 - 48 hours to approve. If you have questions about the status of your application, please give our leasing team a call!

Paying rent is made easy by the use of the online portal! If you have any questions about the rent payment process, please contact our leasing team.

At The Croix Townhomes, all residents are required to have renter's insurance. Please contact our leasing team to discuss the renter's insurance policy in more depth.

We are equipped for Cox Cable, and  Spectrum Internet.

If your situation changes, we offer buy-out options with a lease termination fee! When you need our assistance, please call our leasing team to discuss your options for leasing changes. 

The Croix Townhomes will provide utility set-up information upon moving into your new home!

Utilities will be the responsibility of the resident and are not included in the rent.

We offer excellent locations for public transportation. Uber, Lyft, and well-known bus lines are right within reach at The Croix Townhomes.

Great schooling and education are right around the corner as we are located in Clark county.

Located near Galleria at Sunset Mall, Croix townhomes offer quick access to shopping, dining, schools, and major highways in Henderson, NV.

Local shopping, dining, and entertainment surrounds the community, located just minutes away from the heart of Henderson.

When reviewing an application to rent at The Croix Townhomes, we conduct a criminal background check, verify rental history, analyze credit history, and income-to-rent ratio. If you have questions about our application process, please contact our leasing team to speak with one of our friendly team members.

Applicants must have verifiable income equal or greater to 3 times (gross) the market rent. Guarantors must have original, verifiable income equal to or greater than 6 times (gross market rent).

Past rental qualification is at least 1 year of verifiable 3rd-party or mortgage payment history.

Our property uses NOVA Credit Screening to verify income. If no records are found using this software, you may be asked to provide another verification method, such as banking information or past pay stubs to validate income. 

Our system generates a risk vs credit score. Bankruptcies, judgments, and balance(s) owed to other management may cause an applicant to be denied.

The Croix Townhomes provides the support of a full-service management company with all the modern conveniences that the industry offers. Anything you, as the resident, need is just a call away, ranging from home services to customer services. Contact us with any questions, and we can't wait to welcome you home.

Tour one of our beautiful homes for free! Make sure to bring your valid government-issued ID to tour.

We accept both appointments and walk-ins. In order to get the full experience, schedule a tour to prevent any wait time and to ensure you can ask all the questions about your new home.

Your apartment will be prepped and ready for you to move in. We make sure your home is professionally cleaned, painted, and functioning properly so that when you move in, you're ready to relax at home.

Our community was built in 2008, with very little noise heard by neighbors.

We want you to make your new space home! You can decorate, but please keep in mind you may be charged for hole repairs if you hang art or TVs. If you have a question about what types of decorations are permitted, please call our leasing team!

In addition to rent and utilities, there are monthly fees that include a $19 renter’s insurance fee, galleria HOA fee of $23.68 and a $3.50 for gate fee.

We do not allow subletting or AirBNB listings.

When signing the lease you will pay the prorated rent and any additional deposits and rentable items prorated as well. Call our leasing team to discuss the up-front costs in further depth!
